The end of Christmas 08

So Christmas is finally over for me, not that I didnt enjoy the 4 month long anticipation, I recieved my first christmas package in October, but I can offically say that Ive had Christmas away from home, not that this is any sort of thing to brag about but it means that I only have to spend one more in Africa away from Vermont. As far as my holiday count down is going Im half over! I recieved a digital picture frame from jason along with a camera card reader so now I can post pictures on my blog a whole lot easier, this post would have had pictures if the internet cooperated. internet has been slow lately it gets all messed up during harmattan ive heard but maybe once harmattan is over and its chaleur, the bloody freaking hot time, it will be easier.
Some other cool things that have happened to me lately are I made mud stoves with a womans group, pictures will be posted later, and I just had a meeting with another womens group about composting and why its cool. Mud stoves was really cool, I made one and the group watched while I explained and then I watched the group make one together, so overall there are now two mud stoves ready for use soon, it takes about 5 days for them to dry. Im going back tomorow to check on the progress of these mud stoves. make sure the women arent cooking on them yet, if they cook on them before their dry theyll crack.
So the other cool thing that has happened lately is that my cat, oose, im almost positive is pregnant. shes all fat only in her uterus, and she wont shut up. I made her a cat house so that hopefully shell use that to give birth rather than my clothes. maybe this will prompt me to purchase a dreses to put my clothes in. Ill keep you all updated on her progress, and if anyone in benin reads this and wants a kitten, if my cat is actually pregnant, im still unsure i need another opinion, contact me you can have one. One is already spoken for, if my cat is actually pregnant, if shes not she needs to go on a diet.
