Water Water Everywhere....

So Im here in the internet cafe, obviously. Today has been an interesting day so far, I walked to work in hopes of potentially meeting the head guy of all the schools, yay progress but my body had other plans for me. I got to work and immidately felt dizzy and while sitting in a chair I almost tipped over, I then decided it wasnt going to be a good idea to ride a moto if I couldnt even practically sit. So I went home, this didnt actually affect anyones schedule because my homologue and I had never made a schedule to meet with the head of the schools. So I went home drank a bunch of water, and fell asleep on my floor. I then woke up and had a big head ache and mixed up some rehydration solution and drank that down and then read and slept some more by about 3 i was feeling much better must have just been really dehydrated, its funny though I drank a lot of water yestarday. In case anyone is wondering what rehydration solution consists of its one nalgene, two level teaspoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and half a teaspoon of salt, and some sort of fruit like orange, i used grapefruit, for the potassium. (this could work real well for a hangover too im sure) Dehydration is a constant battle here because of how hot it is, water is so precious. Its not like I can just get it from the kitchen sink. In order to drink water I have to first go to the well, fill the bucket, haul the bucket back to my house, put it in the filter, wait about 12 hours or so, take the filtered water and then boil it for 3 minutes, which takes about 40 minutes to boil a big pot. Then I can drink it, althought I like to wait for it to be cool, so that takes at least another 12 hours, getting water is a 24 hour process, something that is happening round the clock. So you all need to appreciate your tap water as it is something that many people including myself at the moment dont have.
Oh there may or may not be new pictures on the link on the left!!! enjoy

I'm sure they told you this, but a friend of ours told us when she was is Israel they told them to drink 3 liters of water a day. Brian and I have to drink that much here when its hot or we feel icky! Kinda like you described! I won't take my water cooler for granted any more! Roast beef sandwich sounds yummy, I'll eat one for you soon! Miss you!
