I'm currently waiting to leave to go on vacation. My family and I are going to Cancun! I can't wait it's going to be in the 90's, right now at my house it's about 60. We're all packed, my mom and I are just waiting for my dad to come home. And he'd better hurry up, because we are ready.
A couple days ago I dropped my dog Woody off at my Aunt Moniques house and spent the night. She's dog sitting for the next week. Woody will have a good time running around with his cousins Zeus and Tilly. Here's a picture of us, Woody likes to sleep in my bed. He's my little boy. He tries to hide in my car whenever I pack to go anywhere. Normally during the summer he rides around with me in my car. Basically if I'm staying the night somewhere, my dog stays too. We're a package deal, my dog and I. I really wanted to bring him to college with me but my parents had to draw the line, we were busy anyway so he was much happier at home.
Peace Corps packing is coming along slowly. I've been thinking about other things for about a month now, finals and graduating and moving out of my house, moving back in with my parents, unpacking my stuff, packing for Cancun. Peace Corps packing only comes up sometimes instead of all the time like it should. I did get online today and use the Rosetta Stone software, I'm at Level 2 now!!! I had four years of French in high school and this software is helping me remember a lot of it and learn some new things along the way. I do wish sometimes there was someone I could ask questions to about grammer and spelling and when and why to use certain words such as leur and leurs vs sa and son. I thought I had it figured out but I clearly didn't. Anyone know what I'm talking about?? But it's time to get in the car and leave for Mexico!! I will try my best to update my blog when I'm there. Au revior!
