Who needs English?

hello everyone. please note that the keyboard im currently useing isnt the same kind as an american keyboard. so youll have to wade through a few typos and strange punctuation because im not wasting precious internet minutes correcting them; anyway im here in benin at the CBAR, internet cafe/ computers for communal use. for me to use a computer for an hour it is less than an american dollar. some basic information about my life, i take bucket showers, the toilet sometimes works but doesnt flush all the time so a bucket of water is necessary. incase youre wondering i am able to buy toilet paper here, althought my family doesnt have it on a regular basis. i cook on a gas two burner cooktop (no oven), and i have to boil all my water for at least 3 minutes. everyday i take a 20 minute bike ride to school stay and eat lunch which consists of usually fish and sauce over some sort of starch, casava, rice, phat (local grain when mixed is usually the consistancy of corn pudding minus the corn pices and slightly more gelatinous) if im really lucky i get cheese instead of fish or chicken, i like the cheese which is a substitute for any kind of meat. i am going to miss it if i cant get it at post, but i think i will be able to. there are some tidbits: tomorow i leave on technical visit for a few days, itll be my first taxi expirence, im excited. i need to pick up some clothes from the tailor. this is just a quick update;
